i'm not really in the mood to write a post, but i baked a tomato tart last night and thought i should upload the pic i took - so here it is. and here is the link to the blog that inspired its creation (although i added a layer of onions on top of the tomatoes before i put the final layer of fontina on, because let's face it, i have an unnatural love for onions).
