this is the recipe is the one on the cover of everyday food this month. it was so good! tangerine with sparkling cranberries - super festive. loving the berries... just soak 2 cups of cranberries in still hot simple syrup (which is 2 cups of water simmered with 2 cups of sugar until the sugar dissolves) overnight in the fridge then drain and roll in coarse grain sugar until coated. once they dry, eat! so yummy - and the "pop" in your mouth :)
