tarty little number

i decided to have a rather productive mothers' day this year. i had ordered rhubarb in my produce box this week (a pound - that my mother told me she'd mail me in the future and it'd be cheap - she's a frugal one my mom), and i diced it up this a.m. i then proceeded to google rhubard crumble recipes (next time i'm going with a pie - i wasn't in love with this recipe). anyway, i first whipped up a pastry crust and then added the rest of the ingredients to create the
rhubarb crumble. warmed up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - it really did hit the spot ;) and i brought a piece in to my co-worker (we both had to work that day to give my boss - who is a mother - the day off). we're good kids. no, seriously!
