3/4 | teaspoon baking soda | |
1/3 | cup sour cream | |
lots of crushed cashews, chunks of dark cashews, and chopped apricots bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes (i used a small ice cream scoop to form nice little uniform balls. they didn't really brown on top, but the edges of the bottoms were a little tan. and like i said - manzo didn't hate them :) |

manzo didn't hate them...
i experimented with a new recipe. i had the day off, so i decided to work with what i had... this is what you get... dark chocolate chunk apricot and cashew cookies. weird combo - i know. here's how you make them:

Nix the apricot and I'm totally with you on this one.
actually, the were a huge hit at the office - with the apricot (which was finely chopped - not big chunks). usually my baked goods last through the day; these suckers were gone before 3pm.
