rosemary-lemon shortbread

we had a tea party at work the other day. it was for a co-worker's birthday. we like themes, what can i say. anyway, we were all supposed to bring something in, and i decided that shortbread would be the ticket. it got rave reviews :)

i used this recipe, but added one lemon's worth of zest, 1/2 a lemon's worth of juice, couple tbs of fresh rosemary (chopped), and a little extra flour.
