yesterday was lindsey's birhtday, and earlier in the week she put in a request for birthday pie. a lemon meringue birthday pie. quite a tasty confection, if i do say so myself. and - AND - it held up. sometimes lemon meringue pie can be soupy. not this one. thanks alton brown :)
